I never heard of the guy and have no axe to grind here, but he makes some specific statements about wind power that are either right, half right or all wrong. I don't know enough of the specifics of wind power to make a judgement here, but I believe that Tinnerman lives in Kansas and may be better informed on both the politics and the mechanics of wind power in Kansas.

Maybe you could identify the erroneous statements, if any, for us Tinnerman?
